Attack Your Weakness

One thing I love about CrossFit is that it forces you to work on an array of skills. As a competitor, the stronger person, along with the largest skill set, will most often win. Relying only on your previous sports background and athletic ability won’t guarantee ANYTHING in CrossFit. Some competitions may cater to your strengths, while others may have nothing you are good at. As a person just training for fitness, the same applies. The stronger you are and the more skills you develop, the more fit and equipped you will be to handle life situations that require those skills. With a ton of challenging exercises and lifts, CrossFit forces you to constantly work on new and old movements and especially reminds us of the ones we are the weakest at.
