Crossfit Fast Factory - St. Cloud, MN

Abby started as a client at CrossFit Fast Factory in May 2011 and progressed into a coach role by September later that year. Her dedication for fitness and athletics started as a young child. At the age of six, she joined the Central Minnesota Soccer Association. Abby continued to play soccer, earning a spot on the varsity soccer team when she was a freshman in high school. Her athleticism earned her two All-Conference titles her Junior and Senior year. She went on to play one year of collegiate soccer after graduation and finished up her soccer career by coaching the Junior Varsity team for 3 years at Sauk Rapids Rice High School. Abby also participated in Fast Pitch Softball playing shortstop and third base. Abby’s educational background includes a Bachelors of Science degree in biology. She is currently attending nursing school with her sights set on becoming a Registered Nurse.
